Description: The Regulators have been extremely busy of late on the subject of Climate as COP26 comes to a close with the FCA launching a new paper on ESG priorities at COP26 along with TPR reporting that much still needs to be done to adapt pensions to climate change. Allied to these is a joint statement from all of the regulators including the PRA on Climate Change adaptation. We wait to see the effect in the short and long term this will have on our industry. Our cover story follows, naturally, on topic as Richard Toomey from LexisNexis examines risk mitigation as our climate changes.
